We encourage you to take charge of your skin concern with our recommended homecare routine which will prepare your skin for treatment and maintain your results long-term. Suggested Usage: A minimum of three treatments are required on a fortnightly or monthly basis to obtain your desired results. Your therapist will advise you on how many you will need. You may also be recommended other treatments that will enhance your results.

Cancellation Policy

Soothe operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your treatment being redeemed, or payment protection policy being applied, and your card will be charged.
