Service Description

This consultation is for existing clients who would like to meet with us to update us with their progress using the new skincare regime or treatment plan we have recommended. It can also be used to ask us any questions you might have about your skincare and treatments. This 1-1 session provides you with the opportunity of catching up with your therapist for guidance. If you're a new client wishing to know which treatment to book, please call our very knowledgeable receptionists on 01158557560 who will be able to guide you. If they can't answer your questions, one of the therapists will call you when they're available. For an in-depth consultation, please book our famous Skin & Lifestyle Analysis with the Director (booking fee redeemable against retail and treatment). This is a detailed investigation into your lifestyle and skincare routine which can impact the condition and behaviour of your skin.

Cancellation Policy

Soothe operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your treatment being redeemed, or payment protection policy being applied, and your card will be charged.
