How does Recovery + Sleep work?
Focusing on provenance, four types of Lavender (French, English, Bulgarian and Himalayan) have been carefully selected for their calming properties and support of restful, restorative sleep. A recent clinical study shows that lavender is a natural anxiolytic and can reduce anxiety. Blue German Chamomile and Roman Chamomile are natural sedatives, promoting deep and regular sleep. According to scientists, Chamomile is able to bind to brain receptors that decrease feelings of anxiety and initiate sleep. Frankincense declutters the mind allowing full relaxation. Peppermint, often used in sports for muscle recovery and relaxation, helps to cool sore muscles working as a natural pain reliever for the body.
