Directions of Use

Apply topically 1 drop or roll-on to any of the recommended exterior sensory points on the body when traveling or commuting.

Long haul travel:
Apply the hourly to sensory points. Bring both hands close to nose and inhale slowly three times. Repeat every hour or when nostrils feel blocked.
